How to order

Welcome! This guide shows you how to place an individual or group order quickly and confidently.

Step 1: Choose your design

Browse our collection and select the dress you love. Every item has a fixed price shown right on the product page.

Step 2: Choose your color

• Click the Official Color Chart and select up to 2 colors you love most.
• We will use the one with the best material available for your design.
• If you only have one favorite, simply select the same color for both Option 1 and Option 2.
• 👉 If you want the exact color as shown in the photos, select color #59 “Same color as photo” for both options.
• You can also explore the Extra Color Chart for more suggestions (some shades may have limited availability).
• If you choose a color from the Extra Chart, please write the color numbers clearly in the “Note” section.

Example: “I prefer colors #246 and #446 from the Extra Color Chart.”

• For multi-color dresses, describe any color changes in the “Note” box.

Example: “Please change red to green and orange to black.

Step 3: Stone quality (optional)

High‑quality rhinestones are included in the base price.
Want something different? Choose one of the options below and the price will update automatically:
  • Preciosa stones (+ $120)
  • Swarovski stones (+ $250)
  • Standard rhinestones (– $20)
  • Without stones (– $30)

Step 4: Enter your measurements

Delete the example numbers and type your real body measurements in inches or centimeters.
Tip: Hover over any line to see an instant image guide.
Not ready to measure yet? No problem—you can:
  1. Request a blank measurement form by e‑mail
  2. Fill the form online later, take a screenshot, and send it to contact@latinodances.com

Step 5: Add to Cart & Checkout

Click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout.
We accept PayPal. You can pay with your debit or credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account—just choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page.

Step 6: Production & Shipping

• Production time: 6 – 12 weeks, depending on the design and season.
  • Worldwide shipping with tracking.
  • Good news for USA customers: Our handmade dresses ship from Vietnam and qualify for the De Minimis rule, so they enter the U.S. **tax‑free**. Only large mass‑produced goods are subject to import duties.

Placing a Group Order?

If you’re ordering for a group, you can follow the same steps as an individual order and proceed with payment.
There’s no need to provide measurements right away.

After placing your order, simply send us an email to request the group measurement form – or we’ll send it to you proactively.
As the group leader, you can forward the form to each member to fill out.
Once all measurements are collected, you’ll send the completed forms back to us in a single email.
